The use of the x2h (xaml2html.net) translation service is subject to the acceptation of this licence agreement.
By downloading and using the service, you admit to have read, understood, and accepted this licence agreement.

Licence agreement between sylde.net (owner of the service) and the user of the service:

1. Rights and properties.
The user rents from sylde.net the right to use the files of the service (including, but not limited to, the net.sylde.x2h.dll file) exclusively within the bounds of the service.
All other rights (including redistribution), concerning these files and their contents, remain the exclusive property of sylde.net.


2. Limitations.
The service is subject to technical limitations. As of now, pages with a size bigger than 1MB are excluded from the translation service.
The user agrees to these limitations.


3. Updates.
The user agrees that the service and this licence may be updated, and that not accepting to update the service or not accepting the latest licence terms automatically puts an end to this agreement between sylde.net and the user.
The user also agrees that the limitations of the service are subject to change without previous notice.
The user also agrees that the price of the abovementioned rental is subject to change, and can even be 0 (free rental).


4. Limitation of liability.
The service is provided as it is, without any warranty.
In particular (but not exclusively), there are no warranties about service availability. Particularly (but not exclusively), older versions of the service are not guaranteed to work.
In particular (but not exclusively), there are no warranties that the service is exempt of bugs.


5. Patent claims.
The acceptation of this licence by the user implies agreeing, for the user, to not issue any patent claim against sylde.net.
